About us

We exist to make fertility care more equitable

HarmonyIQ Health Technologies is a reproductive-health technology company building fertility intelligence for historically underserved individuals — especially women of African descent. We translate lived experience, health history, and clinical context into more equitable care decisions and better fertility outcomes.

Why we exist

The fertility-equity gap

Fertility and reproductive care has not worked equally well for everyone. Historically underserved communities can face fragmented care, missing context, and systems that do not adequately account for lived experience.

More complete, respectful patient context matters. When care teams have a fuller picture — and patients have clearer education and navigation — conversations and decisions can better reflect the person in front of them.

Our initial focus is historically underserved individuals, particularly women of African descent, rather than implying the platform is exclusively for one population. The goal is equitable care, wherever it's needed.

Trust principles

How we build, and what we won't do

These principles shape every product decision and every partnership.

01

Patient Consent and Agency

Patients decide what to share. Consent and patient agency are the foundation of the experience.

02

Read-Only Provider Context

Participating providers see consented, read-only context and structured insights — not write-back access to records.

03

Respectful, Culturally Responsive Design

Tools built to be respectful and culturally responsive to the communities we serve.

04

Responsible Use of Data and Intelligence

We use data and intelligence responsibly, with care for privacy and the communities involved.

05

Technology That Supports, Not Replaces, Judgment

Our tools support clinicians and patients — they do not make diagnoses or autonomous clinical decisions.

06

Leadership

Leadership details to be shared. We'll add our team as profiles are confirmed.
